With over 30 years of experience in real estate sales and residential appraisal, I bring a rare blend of market insight, analytical precision, and genuine care to every client interaction. As a Licensed Sales Representative with RE/MAX, founder of Tri County Appraisal, and Vice President of a local farm corporation, I specialize in rural and small‑town properties across Southwestern Ontario — including Elgin, Oxford, Norfolk, and Middlesex.

I’ve spent decades studying the nuances of rural markets, agricultural land, high‑value homes, and the unique dynamics of communities like Tillsonburg, Aylmer, Springfield, Straffordville, Port Burwell, Ingersoll, Simcoe, St. Thomas, and Woodstock.
